Fran Fronczak - Director of Clinical Consulting
Fran Fronczak possesses experience in the operations and clinical coordination of services in skilled nursing and senior housing facilities. She has served as Director of Nursing throughout her career and has also had the opportunity to develop and implement health services for senior housing as well as participating in marketing efforts.
She has been a member of task forces and committees for corporate entities, the Minnesota Department of Health, Care Providers of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Health and Housing Alliance.
Fran has taught courses for continuing education throughout the metropolitan area focusing on certification for Gerontological nursing, regulatory compliance, leadership skills, and other industry related topics.
She has also operated a private consulting practice specializing in risk management and eldercare resources.
Fran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the College of St. Teresa and is a licensed, registered nurse, certified in Gerontological Nursing and Nursing Administration through the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has also done post graduate work at both the University of St. Thomas and the University of Minnesota.
